So I know that everyone has covered the Wii, dreamt up a million cheesy puns and all the photos have been taken… but I just got mine yesterday and I am still a bit excited, so please excuse this generic Wii blog post and photos.
If you do have a Wii don’t forget to get registered over at Nintendo to become a Nintendo VIP and find out the latest news, earn Stars, exchange them for games etc.
One thing I almost overlooked – there is a pin# (used to earn stars) for the Nintentdo Wii itself and for Wii Sports. Don’t forget to add them both to your Nintendo VIP page – they are on seperate cards inside your Wii Console box and Wii Sports game box.
I managed to get hold of my Wii by pestering a local games store, Eclipse Home Entertainment Ltd., who let me have the last unclaimed pre-ordered Nintendo Wii.
So a big thanks goes to Eclipse Home Entertainment Ltd., who don’t appear to have a website but have stores in Blackpool, Cleveleys and Preston (Lancashire, UK) and can be found here on Google Maps.

Great Post, im sure the Nintendo VIP is quite good really; Im waiting for a Black Wii! Good to have a GAME or Gamestation alternative locally! (http://www.ivirtuaforums.com/viewtopic.php?p=2905568) haha.
