This stuff is fantastic.
There is a small and mostly unknown Thai food shop in Blackpool that sells all kinds of imported goods. I have been in a few times to buy the ready made noodles but last week this little culinary delight caught my eye.
It comes in long and crispy green strips which smell a little fishy and carry a bit of a Wasabi kick.
And suprisingly, they are pretty good for you – high in calcium, protein, fibre and no colourings, preservatives or choloestrol.
Oh and if you believe the little manga-style cartoons on the back of the packet, they will make you bright and give you black hair.
£1.40 well spent!

Blackpool seems to have changed since my last visit there. Must drop by again some time.
