Ryan Air Dirty Trick #729

If you book tickets in bulk (say 10 or more), you will pay more per ticket than if you buy them individually (in our case £10 more per ticket for 11 tickets).

Thanks Ryan Air, I guess you get what you pay for.

  1. Not sure it’s a dirty trick. It’s good business, because as much it’ll make people complain they’re not likely to go elsewhere.

  2. Good business – I guess in the way they are squeezing more money out of people wherever they can.

But it leaves a bad taste in the mouth for these customers, and long term is that really good business sense?

  3. In the past sites like Easyjet charged you more when you came back to them and did the same search (I have seen proof of this as the original window with price was still open).

  4. WITH THE DATA THAT I GAVE WHEN I REQUESTED FOR THE TICKET, AND I PAID FOR THE TICKET I GOT THE ITINERARY. I FOUND OUT THAT I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A ONE WAY TICKET FROM MY DESTINATION (LONDON) TO MY DEPARTURE.
I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER 0871 246000 AND AFTER MORE THAN 20 MINUTES WAITING AND PAYING FOR THIS WAITING WHEN I WAS EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM TO THE PERSON WHO TOOK THE CALL, THE CALL WAS STOPPED.
I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT I THINK ALL OF THESE ARE VERY VERY VERY DIRTY TRICKS TO EARN MORE MONEY FROM YOUR COSTUMER.
FINALLY I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE WAY TICKET FOR MY DEPARTURE PLACE TO THE DESTINATION.
